British Leyland Heritage, based near to Oxford in Faringdon, was created by ex employees who bought the original, disused presses of the Midget/Sprite first, then the 'B' - Not from the inferred new company out of the old.

£58K circa $70k would be too rich, given a full house Costello-type V8 would be less.

That is very very nice. I have looked at those shells before with just this in mind. Wow.

I have always thought a 124 Sport Coupe with a similar set up would be magnificent. Akin to the reality of the luscious yellow 124 Sport Coupe that lives in Texas and is just amazing (170+ horsepower).

I knew Ken, in passing, as I ran a dismantling service for MG's. His attitude was enviably direct. Shoehorne a V8 into BL's finest and take the orders!
