Racing_05's Prototipo (Dial Up Warning)

Hi Brian
I am thinking somewhere around the 110whp. but that's with the standard 1600 bottom end with the 2L i plan to build should be a lot more.

Well it started for the first time 2 days ago. it is very ruff. i have her booked into the dyno tomorrow and they will have it for a couple of days. hopefully all will go well and be on the track for a track day in 2 weeks.
Here is a video of when it started for the first time. sorry it was taken from my phone so the quality isn't the best.

little update

I have nilly finished the twin cam conversion.
The 1600 engine i had in the car seized on the Dyno just over a week ago. So i got the car asap and pulled the motor out and got a Lancia 2L block out from under the house and put it in a couple of nights had the car back at the end of the week. What a week that was. Got the car onto the track the next day and started getting oil pressure problems (didnt do any problems to the motor just afraid it would) so after 3 laps call it that i wouldn't go out until i have fixed the problem i was getting the problem under brakes excel oration and corners so sump is coming out and going to a ex Williams F1 mechanic i know to baffle the sump. Then go have another test.
on all other modifications i have done to the car like new peddle box and bigger brakes felt great and the car turned in perfectly.
ill post some pics up soon of it all done.

Amazing work

what fuel injection management are you using? I undestand Motec I made in your country and is one of the best systems available.
Car looks great from top to bottom
Excellent craftsmanship!

hi cozzoi, thanks for your comments. Motec is available in Australia. I and most of my Fiat Racing friends use Haltec engine management.

When i had just got the car back from my friends workshop getting the car electrical system wired.

The next night i put the motor back together and got it back into the car (the motor was completely stripped and checked for any problems all i could find was a blown head gasket.)
