If so, the entire method used to mount the bumpers is different. Some say it would be trememdously difficult to make those old-style quarter-bumpers mount to a car designed for shock tubes.
I have seen it done, I'm looking at a picture of a 1500 that's got the old quarter-bumpers on it right now, but it does involve more work than it would probably be worth unless you reeeeeaallly wanted it!

I do think, though, that the US '74s and the Euro 1300s use the same mounting methods. So you could swap between those two with little effort, if I am not mistaken, but as for a tube-shock X, it would be fabrication work at the least. -Mac.
