May be you allready know but I took over a last set from Henk Martens and this is how you can fix the bottom fixings. 4 mm (stone) drill and 4 mm rivet, but put an extra washer on it so that it does not pull through the plastic and if the rivet does not completely break off, do not take it again, but just saw it off. I learned by doing.
Buy an aluminum angle profile in the hardware store (20x20x1 or 1.5 length does not matter), saw it into pieces of 3 cm, and drill holes.
